 Why is this scale so popular?
 The timer is started manually by pressing a button, e.g., at the beginning of the coffee brewing process. It can be stopped manually at any time, or automatically using the shut-off function, which stops the timer immediately when the weight (e.g., cup) is lifted vertically from the weighing platform.
 The elapsed time value is displayed in both cases until the timer is manually reset to zero by pressing a button.
