Prices & Performance:

# Machine Checkup :
75 euros (mill: 35 euros)
A two-year checkup saves you money. We have a fiber optic video probe and can use it to inspect critical components after opening the machine, such as the boiler pipes, some valves, and the rotary pump. Should we find a defect, the €75 fee will be credited towards the repair, so you won't pay twice.

+ Professional descaling:
35 euros with checkup only
We only descale in exceptional cases when it is really necessary, because descaling often creates defects where there were none before.

# Is the machine broken?
Up to 170 euros => We will repair without asking;
From €171(*) ... => You decide after receiving a cost estimate; (*) Should we jointly conclude that a repair makes no sense because it is uneconomical or the success cannot be guaranteed, we will charge €75 for the checkup.
