You will receive a 6-month warranty on replaced parts.
Prices & Performance
We carry out repairs up to 250 euros without further inquiry. You will then receive a cost estimate and can decide whether you want to carry out the repair. You will receive a six-month guarantee on parts we replace.
You want to travel comfortably from and to your home
No problem, you will receive a DHL voucher and send us the machine, and it will be returned to you in the same way.
Machine service: 75 euros
Customer service, check for limescale or defects. Replacement of shower screen and seal
Brewing group check-up, pump and boiler inspection. Biennial service saves expensive repairs.
+ Optional: Professional descaling + 30 Euro
