When tamping, the portafilter should not be placed directly on the kitchen or tabletop, as this can cause scratches. A tamper mat protects your work surface, or you can use our grounds drawer, which is a perfect fit for grinders in terms of color and design.

 We placed the mat flat on the work surface or at a 90° angle for the edge. We recommend placing it flat.
